"Not one stone will be left on another."
The above words, referring to the Jerusalem Temple, were spoken by the Lord Jesus, just before His last Passover, as He and His disciples were leaving the building. To the disciples, it must have seemed like an astounding prediction. They wanted to know when it would happen, and they linked it, for some reason or other, to His second coming.
