This book is a study of the relationships between the members of the Trinity and between the Trinity and Christian believers, focusing mainly on the Gospel of John.
The book opens with a discussion of the titles given to the Lord Jesus in John’s Gospel and what they tell us about His relationship with His Father.
Section two explores the relationship between the Father and the Son and their joint work of redemption.
The book then widens the focus to examine the relationship between the Father, the Son and the believer before discussing the Holy Spirit and His relationship with other members of the Trinity, and with the believer.
Each chapter closes with brief meditative “Reflections” on the implications of the issues raised in the chapter. These are followed by suggestions for further study, which can be the basis for private devotions or group discussions.8.50
